Honda Crosstourer

Seems like I'm not alone in thinking the Crosstourer is a "good move" by Honda and are hoping it will make it into production. About the only possibly "negative" comment is a preference for alloy over spoked wheels. While I can understand the reason for their comments I like the look of the concept bike with spoked wheels, so let's just wait and see what changes Honda make to it if/when it makes it into production.

I'm wondering if those spoked wheels are the kind where the spokes go to the edges of the rim, and therefore it can wear tubeless tires? I hope so, because innertubes would be a downside in my book.

But if the only downsides are innertubes and price, it's closer to my dream bike than anything I've seen in years. Unless it arrives with some other crazy dealbreaker, I'll almost certainly buy it. And if I do, I might just sell both of the bikes I have now, because with the Crosstourer in my garage I could be a one-bike girl again. Or take my multiple bike disorder in an entirely new direction - perhaps an electric scooter to race at the Thunderdrome, perhaps a dirtbike...
